About you: 

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead on new innovations and projects. 

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to determine project goals and deliverable time-frames.

• Manage the development and QA members in the professional services team

• Create processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of projects

• Mentor development team to adopt best practices

• Work and meet with project managers and clients to prioritize and deliver

• Plan solutions with clients and project managers for the clients

• Dive deep into code to develop or diagnose issues

• Work with dev-ops to structure best processes

• Communicate your work, progress, and blockers to your coworkers and leads.

• Apply quality-assurance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in the related industry.

• Previous experience using Node.js, HTML, CSS & React.

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• An ability to work autonomously and manage your workload and deadlines effectively.

• Having a good eye for design.

• Knowledge of serverless architecture knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Ability to constantly learn and adapt to new challenges.
