Job DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to help improve the Wreno platforms code base and technologies. The Technology Lead is involved in the organization's most critical decisions and is expected to be a lead contributor in the evolution of Wreno’s products and culture. For this role, this Technology Lead will be responsible for leading our mobile architecture development and managing the deploys of our public apps. These apps will be used by Wrenners to learn new skills, complete work orders, and manage their schedules. They will also be integrated into the full Wreno tech stack and build products and features across multiple codebases.

WHO YOU ARE

You write clean, testabale, maintainable code, and have built and published React Native applications to the iOS and Android App Stores. More importantly, you are a thoughtful and collaborative engineer capable of not only building apps our users will love, but also supporting other engineers and helping iterate on our team’s process and development standards. You love to support the work of others as much as your own and are willing to wear multiple hats to get products launched and into users’ hands. If you enjoy the product and design elements of engineering as much as the coding, this job is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS

1. 3+ years experience building React Native applications
2. 5+ years of experience working with React or similar technologies
3. 5+ years experience working as a full stack developer (NodeJS)
4. Experience publishing to app stores (both iOS and Android)
5. Experience leading a team of engineers through sprint planning and code reviews
6. Experience working cross-discipline
7. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a huge plus
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)
