Our North American Ecommerce team has an immediate opening for an entry level UI & Front End Dev. There is significant growth opportunity in the role. As you progress and work strongly with the Global UX/UI team, with the right person, this role will evolve into a more traditional UX/IU Design role. You will work closely with our teams in theUK and Berlin, Germany. This role will lead the Design team in North American. This position will report to our Head of North American Marketing.

Your responsibilities:

Provide user driven UI concepts, consulting with stakeholders and development teams to supply multiple concepts and designs to test in a fast interactive testing environment.
Build functional pages using HTML, CSS and JS to test on our production site
Gather, prioritize and document functional requirements, working with the Global UX team and local Ecommerce Product Managers and Testers.
Working closely with our Global UX/UI team, you will develop user flows and shape feature specific personas to support the process
Use analytical data sources as well as user behavior and research tools to identify existing and potential user pain points to facilitate effective design approach
Produce detailed proposals, wireframes and prototypes that meet strategic objectives and allow discussion with relevant stakeholders
Provide high fidelity designs and assets to development/agile team to ensure build meets needs and vision

Your qualifications:

A professional portfolio of work optimizing ecommerce sites.
Completion of a UX/UI/FE boot camp, or at least 1-2 years of experience.
Experience with experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis.
Smart, motivated and excited about working in this industry.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a big plus.
Strong communications skills with high attention to detail. You will be working with international teams, that will need clear direction and feedback.
