Experience owning product areas and business goals, and translating technical decisions into measurable outcomes.
Strong backend architecture and design skills, with a willingness to stay hands-on in code.
Experience with TypeScript or Python, AWS, and MongoDB; familiarity with React and the ability to ramp up on new technologies.
Background in K-12 education technology or related learning and teaching fields, and interest in applying AI.
Clear communication skills and comfort working in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
