About the Role
Lead a team building an AI context platform for a collaborative data analytics product. The platform helps users understand how AI agents work with their data, diagnose quality issues, and improve the context behind their results.
What You'll Do
Lead the engineering team responsible for the context platform.
Set technical strategy, review designs, and contribute hands-on to implementation.
Manage and support engineers, setting a high bar and enabling them to do their best work.
Recruit and grow a strong engineering team.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years in engineering management.
Experience managing teams of 3 to 15 engineers.
Recent hands-on experience building an agentic or AI-native product.
Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with React, Postgres, and Python is valuable.
Experience in a high-growth startup and a broad full-stack background.
Strong computer science fundamentals or an equivalent technical education.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $221,000 to $295,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California or New York, New York. The team works in the office two days per week.
