Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
- Experience navigating business organizations, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and reaching optimal solutions across all associated parties.
- Experience in flights domain, or an enthusiasm and willingness to quickly learn the domain.
- Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and present technical materials to groups of any size and background.
- Ability to self-initiate and work independently in a fast- changing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Improve and expand existing products, tools, and practices to increase functionality and support.
- Design, code, and deploy efficient solutions to address customer technical challenges.
- Resolve critical customer issues and participate in an on-call support rotation.
- Understand customer needs, scale processes, and advise technical teams on product usage.
- Partner with engineering to build, test, and troubleshoot our flagship integration middleware.
