Work with post-sales enterprise customers to understand business problems and shape technical solutions.
Bring reusable customer-specific solutions into the core platform.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable features.

Three to six years of software engineering, implementation, solutions, forward deployed, or product engineering experience.
Strong full-stack skills and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience balancing hands-on coding with customer conversations, technical scoping, and requirements gathering.
Experience shipping software for enterprise customers, ideally in a startup or consulting environment.
Background building or deploying AI/ML automations, LLM pipelines, or agentic workflows in production is a plus.
Insurance or financial services domain experience is helpful.
Strong ownership, communication, and context-switching skills.
