About the Role
Join a B2B fintech company building AI-powered products for complex insurance workflows. As a full-stack engineer, you will own product areas end to end, working closely with enterprise customers to turn specialized needs into reliable production systems.
What You'll Do
Build AI agents and product features from the ground up.
Own product modules from customer discovery and domain research through production launch.

Design and improve evaluation frameworks to measure the accuracy and usefulness of AI systems in specialized domains.
Build backends that use LLMs to ingest, structure, and reason over large volumes of unstructured data.
Contribute across engineering, user research, and domain learning to help customers succeed.
What We're Looking For
Full-stack engineering experience, with 0 to 15 years considered; evidence of shipped work and tackling challenging projects matters most.
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Production experience building LLM or AI agent systems, including prompt engineering, evaluation design, context construction, and agentic workflows.
Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor in your daily workflow.
Proficiency in modern backend languages, preferably TypeScript.
Experience in a regulated or data-intensive field such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or legal is a plus.
Strong communication, intellectual curiosity, product judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity with customers.
