About the Role
Join an early-stage AI video generation startup as one of its first engineers. Working closely with the founders, you will build a self-serve platform that helps companies create video content and marketing campaigns, while contributing to product direction and delivering features for active customers.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Develop product features for creating launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.
Help shape the product roadmap while balancing product decisions with hands-on engineering.
Integrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation pipelines into a polished user experience.
Support customer commitments while prototyping, releasing, and iterating on new features.
What We're Looking For
0 to 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience shipping production web applications.
Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, including React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at an engineering-led startup, or as a founder of a venture-backed company.
Familiarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.
Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to explain technical decisions and constructively challenge product direction.
Creative or video product experience, or familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback or human-in-the-loop systems, is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $175,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
