About the Role
Join an early engineering team at an AI creative technology startup building tools for automated video and marketing content. You will work closely with the founders to develop a self-serve platform and help shape the product as it grows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Develop product features that help companies create launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.
Help guide the product roadmap while contributing hands-on engineering work.
Integrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation workflows into a polished user experience.
Support customer needs while prototyping and iterating on new features.
What We're Looking For
0 to 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, including production web application development.
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at an early-stage startup, or engineering experience at an engineering-led startup.
Strong skills in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
Familiarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.
Ability to explain technical decisions, contribute to product direction, and raise concerns when needed.
Product engineering experience outside primarily scientific discovery or lab-based work is preferred, as is experience with creative technology, video, or human-in-the-loop learning.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $175,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
