About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building a headcount planning platform for enterprise organizations. As a Founding Engineer, you will help shape the product and work closely with founders and customers as the team develops toward product-market fit.
What You'll Do
Ship product improvements quickly while making thoughtful trade-offs around quality.
Collaborate with founders to design solutions for customer needs.
Work directly with customers to diagnose and resolve product issues.
Independently own substantial parts of the product, from technical design through production release.
Contribute across engineering, product, and customer support in a small team.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience building web applications across frontend and backend.
Experience at a VC-backed startup, as a founder, or as an early engineering hire, including delivering a product from 0 to 1.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and GCP, or with multiple web technology stacks.
Strong systems design, data modeling, and product judgment, with an understanding of how users work with data.
Experience designing low-latency systems and working with transport or streaming technologies.
A CS or engineering degree, or equivalent strong technical foundations.
Comfort working in small teams, taking initiative, and partnering with customers or cross-functional teams to shape a product.
B2B software experience is valuable, especially in HR or finance.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $165,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
