About the Role
Join an early-stage team building AI-native systems for the consumer packaged goods sector. As a founding engineer, you will work across infrastructure and customer-facing products to help physical brands improve finance, sales, and operations.
What You'll Do
Build and deploy evaluation platforms that create fast feedback loops around product outcomes.
Develop foundational data infrastructure, including single-tenant and multi-tenant hosting models for terabyte-scale data.
Own end-to-end delivery of production AI agents for customer use cases.
Design a context layer that captures how organizations operate internally.
Contribute to the technical direction, engineering standards, and team culture.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with strong experience building data pipelines and extraction systems.
Experience across server-side development in Python, Go, Java, or Rust, and client-side development with TypeScript.
Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, GCP, and Terraform.
Experience designing and delivering cross-stack, customer-facing products, ideally in a high-growth technology company or as an early engineer at a venture-backed startup.
Fluency with AI-native development workflows and tools, such as Claude Code or Devin.
Strong production debugging skills; experience with payment systems or agent architectures is a plus.
Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent software engineering experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
