About the Role
Join an early engineering team at an AI company developing tools for generating video creative. You will work closely with the founders to build a self-serve platform that helps businesses create launch videos, sales content, and localized marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Develop product features that let customers create video content and marketing campaigns with minimal manual work.
Integrate language model-powered agents and creative generation workflows into a polished product experience.
Contribute to product direction while rapidly prototyping, iterating, and delivering features.
Support active customer needs as you help turn the product into a reliable, self-serve platform.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including relevant internship experience.
Experience building and shipping production web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, and experience with React, Next.js, or Node.js.
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at an engineering-focused startup.
Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to explain technical decisions and thoughtfully challenge product direction.
Familiarity with language model applications and agent architectures.
Experience with human-in-the-loop learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or creative and video products is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco, United States.
