About the Role

What You'll Do
Build and improve agent systems, including harnesses, evaluations, and interfaces designed for dependable legal work.
Ship features across the stack, from database and backend services to client-facing tools, lawyer workspaces, and operations dashboards.
Develop integrations with messaging, email, document, e-signature, and billing services to automate legal workflows.
Improve observability, evaluations, and infrastructure to make agent systems more trustworthy and reliable.
Work directly with lawyers to identify problems, scope solutions, and incorporate user feedback.
What We're Looking For
Three to seven years of full-stack engineering experience, including maintaining and evolving SaaS applications beyond the prototype stage.
Production experience building agentic systems across interfaces, integrations, and backend harnesses, with clear technical ownership of your work.
Experience in high-growth environments and collaborating directly with users to scope technical problems.
Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, tRPC, AWS, and Temporal.
A STEM or computer science degree, strong technical fundamentals, and interest or experience in legal technology or other regulated industries.
