About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on contributor on an engineering team led by our Technical Lead. You’ll own meaningful features end-to-end, from data model and API design through user interface implementation and production readiness. With guidance and mentorship from senior engineers, you’ll continuously expand your technical scope, ownership, and impact.

This is an individual contributor role where you’ll spend most of your time designing, building, testing, reviewing, and improving software for a modern product platform. While your primary focus will be on a new product development, you’ll also contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications as needed.

You’ll actively participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and collaborative problem solving, while developing a deep understanding of our technology stack and business domain. You’ll help uphold a high engineering bar by writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code and continuously improving the quality, reliability, and scalability of our software. You’ll use AI tooling (Claude Code, Copilot) as a force multiplier, not a crutch, while understanding and standing behind every line that lands.
