About the Role
Join an early-stage AI team building software for engineering design and simulation of physical systems. In this backend-leaning full stack role, you will help accelerate product development, take ownership from early ideas through production, and shape how the team uses AI coding agents.

Work with the frontend engineer to improve the product interface and speed up production releases.
Take on increasingly backend-focused work across features, infrastructure, and systems.
Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.
Establish effective practices for agent-driven software development across the team.
Collaborate with field engineering, AI research, and leadership teammates to prototype and refine product ideas for industrial users.
What We're Looking For
3 to 10 years of experience as a full stack or software engineer, including experience at a startup or early-stage company.
Experience taking products or substantial features from concept to production, with high ownership and adaptability as priorities change.
Strong backend engineering skills, capable frontend skills, and experience with .NET, React, and TypeScript.
Comfort using AI coding agents extensively, and the judgment to debug and correct their output.
Experience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability, plus an interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation.
