About the Role
Join a consumer gaming team building social, multi-platform experiences for creators and players. You will own product features from idea through launch and use experimentation and analytics to improve engagement and retention.
What You'll Do
Build and ship end-to-end features across web and mobile using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
Drive features from scoping and implementation through launch and measurement, working from a shared backlog.
Partner with product, data, recommendation systems, and engineering teams to identify friction for creators and players and improve retention.
Develop frontend architecture for core experiences, including the game feed and creator tools, and contribute backend code when needed.
Design and run A/B tests, interpret results with analytics tools or SQL, and turn findings into product improvements.
Use and build AI-powered tools to automate workflows, uncover insights, and scale effective improvements across the product.
What We're Looking For
Two to four years of experience as a product, frontend, or full-stack software engineer, building consumer-facing products.
Strong experience with React or React Native and TypeScript, with a focus on frontend product development.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, runtime efficiency, and system design.
Experience with consumer social products or two-sided marketplaces, plus product analytics and A/B testing using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, funnels, cohorts, retention curves, or SQL.
Clear, effective English communication and the ability to own features and collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment.
