About the Role

What You'll Do
Integrate existing agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to automate marketplace workflows.
Own product features end to end, from API design and user experience through deployment.
Build and improve systems for real-time matching, vetting pipelines, distributed workflows, and APIs.
Partner with product, design, operations, and engineering leadership to shape architecture and roadmap.
Lead projects, move quickly through ambiguity, and mentor other engineers.
What We're Looking For
Three or more years of software engineering experience owning product features, ideally on early-stage teams.
Experience shipping scalable products with tangible user or business impact, and delivering at high velocity across functions.
Strong experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompt design and tool integration.
Product judgment and interest in solving user problems across a multi-sided marketplace or operational industry.
A computer science or other technical degree, strong fundamentals, and evidence of independent, scrappy work.
