Riot Games are hiring a QA Engineer III, Accessibility - Central QA Ops

As a QA Engineer, you will work with numerous disciplines to drive quality ownership across the software development life cycle, as well as helping to establish and execute team wide quality goals. It will be important for you to aggressively protect the player experience and deliver results in a high pressure, agile development environment. You will also be accountable as the quality owner of an area or product in addition to identifying and implementing quality improvements to the team’s development process. Additionally, you may partner with and mentor remote QA teams to ensure features are delivered at a high quality bar. Lastly, you will identify and mitigate risks to feature delivery and product quality and craft data to report on the quality of the product and update partners.

As an QA Engineer III on the Accessibility team, you will help ensure that Riot products deliver high-quality, inclusive experiences for players. You will own accessibility quality activities across the product development life cycle, partnering closely with product, engineering, design, UX, research, production, compliance, and QA teams. This role combines hands-on accessibility validation with scalable capability building. You will perform and guide accessibility testing, help teams identify and mitigate risk, and establish repeatable practices, tools, metrics, and training that enable product teams to build accessibility into their work from the start. You will be expected to operate as an accessibility quality subject-matter expert across one or more products or initiatives, influence decisions beyond your immediate team, and contribute to improving how accessibility quality is practiced across Riot. This role reports to the Director of Product Accessibility.
