About the Role
Join a client deployment team delivering production AI agent systems for healthcare organizations. You will own technical delivery from early discovery through launch and ongoing support, while bringing field insights back to improve reusable platform capabilities.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements from pre-sales discussions and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems integrated with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs.
Run technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
Make architecture and implementation decisions, create system architecture diagrams, and resolve integration challenges.
Share deployment learnings with product and engineering teams to inform platform improvements and reusable components.
What We're Looking For
5 to 15 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering customer-facing systems end-to-end.
Experience owning client delivery across scoping, pre-sales, integration, and post-launch work, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Healthcare or life sciences domain knowledge, including areas such as patient services, clinical operations, health insurance, or HIPAA compliance.
Fluency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience with data and machine learning pipelines, such as ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models; AI agent or LLM experience is a plus.
Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment; startup or early-stage engineering experience is valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $170,000 to $205,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
