About the Role
Join a healthcare AI team delivering production AI agent deployments for health systems, providers, and life sciences organizations. You will own technical delivery from early client discussions through deployment and ongoing support, while helping improve reusable platform capabilities.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while meeting HIPAA requirements.
Facilitate technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
Make architectural and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve technical challenges in client environments.
Share deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future customer implementations.
What We're Looking For
Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience, including ownership of production systems from architecture through deployment.
Ability to design end-to-end system architectures and create clear architecture diagrams.
Experience owning client-facing technical delivery, including pre-sales, scoping, integration, and post-sale implementation.
Strong communication skills and confidence leading technical sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Healthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.
Fluency with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
Experience building data or machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models.
Familiarity with LLM systems or AI agents, including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, or observability.
