About the Role
Join a healthtech AI team delivering production AI agent deployments for healthcare organizations. You will own technical delivery from early client discussions through integration and launch, while bringing field insights back into reusable platform capabilities.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while meeting HIPAA requirements.
Run technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
Make independent decisions about architecture, tools, integration scope, and implementation tradeoffs.
Share deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future client work.
What We're Looking For
Five to 15 years of software engineering experience building and deploying customer-facing production systems end-to-end.
Experience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams, plus ownership of client delivery from scoping and pre-sales through integration.
Production experience with LLM systems or AI agents, including evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
Strong client communication skills, including leading technical sessions and presenting to executive audiences.
Healthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.
Fluency in JavaScript or Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, with experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets, ETL/ELT, Docker, CI/CD, LLM orchestration, and vector stores.
