Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Staff Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across our web platform and digital experience ecosystem. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving scalable full-stack solutions that power high-quality customer experiences across Autodesk’s web, commerce, and marketing platforms.

This engineer will operate as a senior technical leader within the team, partnering closely with engineering managers, product managers, architects, XD, platform teams, and partner engineering teams. The ideal candidate is not only strong in full-stack development, but also raises engineering standards through architecture, delivery discipline, quality practices, mentorship, and pragmatic decision-making.

The role requires someone who can go deep technically, simplify complex systems, lead ambiguous initiatives, and influence engineers across multiple teams without relying on direct authority.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,000 and $209,330. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
