As a Senior Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack React/AWS in Digital Technology within Consumer and Community Banking Technology, you drive end-to-end delivery of secure, stable, and scalable software that enables market-leading digital products. You apply deep technical expertise to design systems, improve application performance and reliability, and strengthen engineering practices across the team. You lead by example through hands-on development, thoughtful reviews, and mentorship. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to make sound technical decisions aligned to business outcomes.

Build customer-facing technology that supports secure, reliable, and high-performing digital experiences at scale. Join an agile engineering team that values strong engineering fundamentals, continuous improvement, and practical innovation. You will work across design, development, testing, and operations while helping others grow through technical leadership and coaching. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture and delivery practices while maintaining a high bar for security and resiliency.
