Role
A Senior Software Engineer will build and operate full-stack software for an AI-native platform modernizing procurement and distribution across defense, aerospace, and industrial supply chains.
They will own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding the operational problem through implementation, testing, deployment, and follow-up in production.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate full-stack product features.
• Build frontend experiences with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, or Svelte.
• Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js or Python.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, write production SQL, and improve query performance.
• Build integrations and data-ingestion workflows for fragmented operational systems, documents, APIs, and business data.
• Translate customer and operational requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Own delivered features through production, including monitoring, debugging, incident resolution, and iteration.
• Communicate technical proposals, delivery estimates, risks, and trade-offs clearly to founders, deployment strategists, and engineers.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development speed while validating generated code through review, tests, and production safeguards.
• Contribute to a fast-moving product environment where engineers work with incomplete requirements and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Relocate from Warsaw to the United States within approximately six months of starting.
Required experience
• Professional experience building production software as a full-stack engineer.
• Hands-on TypeScript or JavaScript experience.
• Hands-on React, Next.js, or Svelte experience.
• Hands-on backend development with Node.js or Python.
• Production experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Evidence of owning features or systems from initial implementation through production operation.
• Experience designing or implementing APIs, integrations, or data-ingestion workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions, delivery commitments, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
• Evidence of independently building software outside narrowly defined ticket work, such as a shipped side project, open-source contribution, hackathon project, or zero-to-one product.
