About the Role
Join a growing product engineering team at a fintech company building an AI-enabled operating system for mortgage servicing. You will develop backend features that support complex servicing workflows and large-scale mortgage transactions.
What You'll Do
Own product features end to end, from design through production delivery.
Build and scale backend systems that support high-volume mortgage transactions.
Use AI coding tools in your development workflow, with human review of production code.
Design reliable systems that account for federal, state, and agency regulations.
Partner with the product engineering team to deliver backend features for customers.
What We're Looking For
Four to ten years of product backend software engineering experience, at a senior level or above.
Strong data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals, including experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Experience building customer-facing product features at high-growth software companies.
Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Copilot or Cursor in day-to-day development.
Experience with Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
A strong computer science foundation and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $210,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
