Create interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand compliance needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
Build and maintain production software across APIs, backend services, databases, and frontend applications.
Develop new product capabilities, scale existing features, and support enterprise implementations.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of product software engineering experience, including building products from the ground up for real customers.
Full-stack experience with React and Node.js with TypeScript or Python.
Experience shipping production AI or LLM features, such as agents or LLM-powered workflows, used by customers.
Experience building APIs and working with databases, ideally PostgreSQL or Supabase.
Strong product judgment, customer communication skills, and the ability to work with substantial independence in a fast-paced environment.
Experience at a high-growth startup, strong technical fundamentals, and familiarity with financial services, regulated industries, or workflow orchestration frameworks are valuable.
