- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser-debugging skills, with experience building responsive, production-ready web experiences
- Strong GA4, Google Tag Manager, data-layer, conversion-tracking, and analytics implementation experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical website audits and turn findings into prioritized recommendations
- Working familiarity with experimentation platforms, behavioral analytics, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and accessibility standards
- Strong technical judgment, troubleshooting, client communication, and experience safely delivering work across multiple website environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience with experimentation platforms, test design, or statistical analysis
- Additional experience with Shopify Liquid, Adobe Commerce, ecommerce analytics, or complex data-layer implementations
- Experience with New Relic, PHP, APIs, integrations, or visual-regression testing
- Agency or consultancy experience, including helping standardize or productize a web optimization service

- Implement approved CRO and website improvements, including landing pages, forms, navigation, checkout flows, responsive layouts, and reusable components
