As a ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, workflows, integrations, and service portal solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement automated processes, develop advanced reporting and analytics, and provide Tier 3 support to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient service delivery.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM and ITOM processes across the enterprise.
- Assess existing business processes and SharePoint-based workflows, recommending and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using platform best practices.
- Build solutions leveraging JavaScript,
- GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business and technical requirements.
- Support ITSM and ITOM implementations, enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Vancouver/Washington DC releases preferred).
- 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience (replacing SharePoint development).
- Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment.
- Present deliverables/demos to audiences with a wide variety of technical knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Active Secret security clearance
SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $180,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
