About the Role

Glean Technologies, Inc. has multiple positions available for a Software Engineer. As a Software Engineer, you will help build a software-based platform that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions. You will work across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers.
Build and optimize user-facing features using TypeScript and React.
Develop server-side services and tooling using Node.js and Flask.
Write and maintain backend systems and services in Java and C++.
Perform data analytics and data visualization to inform product decisions and system performance.
Apply algorithm design skills to solve complex engineering problems across distributed systems.

Who You Are

You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
You have experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications, or experience building full-stack applications that span front-end, REST APIs, and application server, or experience training and productionizing machine learning, or information retrieval systems.
You have experience with Full-stack development.
You have experience with TypeScript.
You have experience with React.
You have experience with Data analytics and data visualization.
You have experience with Node.js.
You have experience with Flask.
You have experience with Java.
You have experience with C++.
You have experience with Algorithm design.

Location: Mountain View, CA. Telecommuting is an option.

Compensation & Benefits

The standard base salary range for this position is $187,075 - $234,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
