We are building a next-generation engineering and operations ecosystem where AI is not a tool but a co-worker — assisting developers, testers and operations teams in designing, building and running large-scale systems. This internship is about understanding problems deeply and designing better ways to solve them — often using AI. If you enjoy asking “why does this exist?”, this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • AI-assisted software development
  • Intelligent automation in operations
  • Developer productivity engineering
  • Observability & incident analysis
  • Knowledge discovery and workflow optimization
  • Contribute to process documentation to enhance operational efficiency
The skills you bring:
  • Programming fundamentals: Strong Python + SQL + basic testing
  • ML fundamentals (Regression, Classification, Time-series, Transformers)
  • Scikit-learn or TensorFlow experience
  • Problem Solving: Breaks ambiguity into clear steps.
  • Learning Ability: Learns fast through docs and experiments.
  • Communication: Explains simply and documents clearly.

Nice-to-have

  • Basic Knowledge of RAG Architectures
  • Familiar with ML Evaluation concept: LangSmith or DeepEval
  • Agent frameworks: LangGraph / LangChain / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen, tool-calling patterns and APIs
  • Agent reliability: prompt injection awareness, guardrails, human-in-the-loop
  • Vector search: Any kind of VectorDB
  • Docker, CI/CD basics; cloud basics; Kubernetes exposure
  • Basic Knowledge of Agentic Reasoning: Designing ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thoughts, and multi-agent workflows
  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Available for a full-time internship for 12-24 weeks
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or Masters on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working model with 60% of your time (3 days/week) in the office
