Work with growth teammates to find funnel bottlenecks, measure performance, and deliver improvements.
Help develop machine learning-driven recommendations to anticipate project staffing needs.
What We're Looking For

Proficiency with Node.js or Python, Kubernetes, and experience scaling core infrastructure.
Experience with marketplace or growth infrastructure, ideally at a high-growth startup or in an AI data setting.
Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
An undergraduate degree from a highly regarded university in the United States, Canada, or Europe.
Strong ownership, comfort working closely with non-engineering partners, and willingness to work flexible hours.
