Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management role.
- Ability to technically mentor team members and grow technical expertise and leadership within the team.
- Ability to coach and support team members in their career growth.

In this role, you will scale and lead critical projects in the Identity Onboarding space.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and build a team of individual contributors to re-engineer GCP onboarding. Build the solution as a platform, so that elements of the solution can be rapidly re-packaged to support different GCP products and their onboarding scenarios.
- Navigate multiple organizations, product areas and align engineering efforts across them. Be responsible for regularly presenting the project's progress to senior leadership.
- Architect solutions that balance a frictionless user experience with stringent security and compliance requirements.
- Build, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team capable of touching multiple layers of the GCP/Google identity stack.
