Position Overview
The Full-Stack Developer builds and guards the company’s in-house systems, maintaining TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, and Teso Tools in production while building new systems and features per roadmap priorities.
This role is more than writing code: it owns the stability, release quality, and technical debt of the in-house systems as the store network scales.
Job Responsibilities
1. Production-system maintenance
- Take over maintenance and iteration of TESO Dock (replenishment/procurement/supplier portal), TESO Dashboard (group ops platform), and Teso Tools.
- Build docs, monitoring, and on-call rotation to remove single-maintainer risk.
2. Roadmap development
- Build the product tax management system, automated KPI dashboards, ticketing system, and HRIS modules per P0/P1 priorities.
- Contribute to the in-house POS prototype and TESO Store pilot evaluation.
3. AI-driven development
- Drive requirement breakdown, code generation, testing, and refactoring with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), materially raising delivery speed.
- Build the team’s AI development workflow (vibe coding), prompt library, and usage standards; evaluate and adopt new tools.
4. Engineering quality
- Follow coding standards, reviews, CI/release process — AI-generated code goes through the same review and test gates.
- Write tests and docs; control technical debt.
5. Business collaboration
- Clarify and break down requirements with the manager and stakeholders.
- Follow adoption feedback and fix defects post-launch.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above; computer science or software engineering preferred.
Professional Experience
3+ years in full-stack development; experience inheriting and improving existing codebases preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Masters the full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, operate); TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; Next.js/React, Node.js, PostgreSQL; REST APIs and cloud deployment (AWS); proficient in vibe-coding workflows and AI coding assistants (any of Claude Code/Cursor/GitHub Copilot) with hands-on AI-driven development experience.
Core Competencies

Compensation
$110,000-$140,000 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus
